Showroom Opening April 12th by Appointment Only
As of April 12th, we will be opening again by Appointment Only. We are really looking forward to seeing you all again after so long, but we are a small shop and we have to make every effort we can to ensure that customers and staff can safely distance. This way, we can ensure that customers do not potentially have to wait outside for enough space to serve them safely. We hope that you understand!
So, to book a time, please drop us an email or call us on 01202 430820. We are now closed on Saturdays, and closed to visitors on Mondays (but answering the phone), so shop appointments are available between 9am and 4pm on Tuesdays to Friday. We close at 5pm, so if you are shooting for an afternoon appointment, please be aware that we all have young kids and school runs to get to and we do have to leave at 5pm!
Obviously for the time being hygiene rules still apply as well as distancing, so please come wearing a mask, use the hand sanitizer provided, and follow staff instructions about distancing.
Zoom appointments available
If you prefer not to travel, and would like a Zoom appointment to see and hear an instrument as well as possible under the circumstances, please get in touch! We have invested thousands of pounds in decent audio gear so you can get the best earful possible. Customers all over the world have found a Zoom appointment invaluable in helping them get the right instrument for them.
"I ordered a Kala KA-FMT Tenor Ukulele. Recieved phone call saying it had failed quality control and would send another in a day or two. It arrived before expected time and survived the trip up here to Scotland. Great service and at least they took the care to check the quality and rectify & my ukes gorgeous! Would/will deffinately use SUS again and highly recomend them to others!”ALAN PENMAN - January 2016
